Prior, he held the positions of President and CEO of FTD, Inc., and President and COO of FTD, Inc., from 2002 to 2004, and was President and CEO of FTD.com and Vice President of Marketing of FTD, Inc., from 1997 to 2002.

Mr. Soenen is also a director of optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. and Rewards Network Inc., which operates the leading frequent dining programs in North America. He received his B.A. from Kalamazoo College in 1992.
