Dan Perini General Counsel & Secretary

With responsibility for all legal services across the company, Dan Perini directs litigation strategy and management, provides legal advice and counsel, reviews advertising and Internet site copy, reviews and negotiates contracts and handles business compliance.

Mr. Perini started as Assistant General Counsel with Youbet.com in 2006, assuming responsibility for the entire legal department in 2007. Prior to joining Youbet.com, he worked for the Anschutz Entertainment Group as Director of Business Affairs and the U.S. Olympic Committee as Assistant General Counsel. He began his legal career as an attorney for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a clerk at the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Mr. Perini holds a JD from UCLA and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
