Dawn Haden President of United Tote

Dawn Haden became the President of United Tote on November 1, 2009. She brings with her a successful track record in overseeing the transition and redesign of key operational systems for both United Tote and Youbet.com, as well as improving processes and fiscal responsibility.

United Tote is the recognized technology leader in totalizator hardware and software systems, serving over 100 clients including Churchill Downs, New York Racing Association (Belmont and Saratoga) and Keeneland. Capitalizing on that position of strength, Ms. Haden plans to take it to the next level of performance and continue making it an integral part of Youbet.com. She will focus on growing the company through advanced, innovative technologies while streamlining its operations and continuing to provide the best service in the business.

Prior to joining Youbet in 2007, Ms. Haden spent twelve years working with other technology leaders including Orbitz.com, Careerbuilder.com, CIMCO Communications and J3 Corporation. There she was involved in streamlining operations, mergers & acquisitions, organizational design/integration planning and maximizing corporate profitability. Ms. Haden was also a business process consultant with Ascenda Partners.LLC, a consulting firm focused on technology and e-commerce turnarounds which was founded by former Oribtz.com colleagues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.
