NFL Week 6 Parlay: Jags host road-savvy Seahawks on short rest

A good slate of games is on tap for Week 6 of the 2025 NFL season, including the surprising 4-1 Jaguars hosting the 3-2 Seahawks. Underdogs performed well in Week 5, and YouBet.com capped a winning parlay when the Titans finished an improbable comeback victory over the Cardinals, easily covering as a 7.5-point underdog.

Week 6 NFL Parlay (+595): Seahawks +1 – Over 45 (Rams-Ravens) - Raiders -4.5 

Seahawks at Jaguars, EverBank Stadium, 1 p.m.

After knocking off the unbeaten 49ers, the Jaguars rallied to defeat the Chiefs in the final seconds Monday night. But the Jaguars' offense wasn’t sharp last week, being outgained 476-319 in total yards, and Trevor Lawrence has been inconsistent, tossing six TDs and five interceptions this year. The Seahawks will look to exploit a shaky offensive line. Under Mike MacDonald, the Seahawks are 6-3-1 ATS on the road, including 2-0 this year. And since 2018, the Seahawks are 15-8 ATS in the Eastern time zone. They love to travel and own the ground game as well as a short passing attack to keep the Jaguars' talented defense off balance. The Seahawks own a high-powered offense, scoring 30+ points in three of their last four games, and catch the overachieving Jaguars on short rest.

Rams at Ravens, M&T Bank Stadium, 1 p.m.

Over 5-0 in Ravens games this year, and Rams aren’t a favorable match-up for their beleaguered defense, which is surrendering a league-worst 35.4 points per game. But, we’ll look for a more inspired performance from their offense, which still has plenty of skill players and will face a sagging Rams defense that has surrendered 72 points over the last 10 quarters. Matthew Stafford (289.6 passing yards per game) and the Rams' high-powered offense probably will prove too much for the Ravens in the end, and it promises to be exciting.

Pick: Over 45 points

Titans at Raiders, Allegiant Stadium, 4:05 p.m.

Since 2022, the Titans are 0-9 ATS after a straight-up win. The lowly Titans snapped a 10-game skid with a comeback from a 21-3 first-half deficit as the Cardinals committed mistake after mistake, gifting them an improbable first win in Week 5. But the Titans' inability to rush effectively (77 rushing yards per game in three road contests) will play to the Raiders' strength (13th-best run defense). It’s a get-well spot for the Raiders, who return home after a thrashing by Indy, losing 40-6 in Week 5. Since 2003, teams have gone 95-67-4 ATS (59%) after a 30+ point loss, including 3-0 ATS in 2025.
