Only three weeks remain in the 2025 NFL regular season, and the playoffs promise to be wild and crazy. YouBet.com will focus on a key showdown in the NFC South among its best bets in Week 16, recommending the following parlay wager. All lines courtesy of BetMGM; times listed as Eastern Standard Time.
NFL Week 16 Parlay (+567): Under (Chargers-Cowboys) – Panthers – Raiders
Chargers at Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, Sunday, 1 p.m.
Under easily cashed in last two meetings, but the Cowboys own the best Over record (10-4) and Week 16 total inflated following high-scoring affairs in their last three games. But two of the last four Dallas home games have gone Under (Arizona and Philadelphia), and the Chargers (ninth in scoring defense) are discovering their best defensive form presently, holding the last three opponents to a 15.3-point average. Cowboys are still trying hard defensively, holding Vikings to 77 rushing yards in an ugly home loss last week, but the shine has come off their offense.
Pick: Under
Buccaneers at Panthers, Bank of America Stadium, Sunday, 1 p.m.
Panthers 6-0 ATS after a straight-up loss, and all seven of their wins have come as an underdog. And since early November, the Panthers have beaten the Rams and Packers following ugly losses; they should be primed for their best after losing at New Orleans last week. The Buccaneers aren’t the same team from earlier this season, losing five of the last six. And considering the banged-up status of Baker Mayfield, who hasn’t been effective since experiencing a shoulder sprain in late November, it's impossible to have faith in Tampa as a favorite.
Pick: Panthers
Raiders at Texans, NRG Stadium, Sunday, 4:25 p.m.
Since 2019, the Texans are the 10th team to win six consecutive games, including four straight covers. The previous nine went 2-7 ATS in the following game. Raiders enter on an eight-game losing streak but have been their best after being embarrassed, recovering from a 31-0 setback to Kansas City to nearly beat Jacksonville the following week, losing 30-29 on a failed two-point conversion in overtime. In fact, teams off a shutout loss have been money, going 5-0 ATS this season and 35-17-3 ATS since 2015. Texans are in the bottom half of the league in scoring offense, averaging 23.1 points per game, and with big games remaining against the Chargers and Colts, too many points to lay.
Pick: Raiders
